Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Policy?

Preface

Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corporation?? (hereinafter referred to as “Master Kong”, “the Group” or “we”) and all its subsidiaries and affiliates consistently prioritize workplace safety and rigorously safeguard employees’ health and the safety of lives and assets, to continuously optimize the performance of our occupational health and safety management system.?

Scope of Application:

??This policy applies to all employees of Master Kong, as well as contractors under the Group’s supervision and other external stakeholders.?

Basis of Preparation:

Master Kong strictly complies with national laws and regulations including the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Occupational Health at Work Sites. We have established internal management measures and emergency response plans applicable to all employees, part-time employees and contractors, such as the Plant Environment Health and Safety Management Procedures, Plant Environment Health and Safety Policy and Principles, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Criteria and Method Standards, and Work-Related Injuries Handling Procedures, to provide an institutional guarantee for the implementation of safety production and prevention of occupational diseases.

Policy Content:

50. Occupational Health and Safety Management System
    14. The Sustainable Development Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) serves as the highest execution and responsibility authority concerning EHS (Environment, Health and Safety, EHS) management, and regularly listens to the work reports of each Business relating to EHS. The Group’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy is approved by the Committee and developed through consultation with the relevant department heads and employee representatives. Through scientific prioritization assessments, establishment and review of quantitative targets, and rigorous implementation of safety production responsibilities, we conduct periodic evaluations to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our occupational health risk management system.?
    14. All Businesses of Master Kong have set up and improved health and safety management systems, and appointed EHS dedicated staff to formulate the EHS annual plan, target, and improvement plan, and guide and oversee the implementation of all security projects. To further strengthen production safety management at the grassroots level and implement safety supervision and inspection, each factory has set up an EHS team. The EHS team consisting of the safety manager and safety personnel takes charge of security policy implementation, EHS compliance operation in the factory, daily safety training, potential risks identification and treatment and others.
    14. The Group and all its subsidiaries shall comply with national and local occupational health and safety policies, while establishing a management system aligned with ISO 45001 and other relevant OHS standards to continuously monitor and improve occupational health and safety performance.?
50. Occupational Health and Safety Goals
    14. Master Kong has set health and safety goals covering all employees and all contractors. The Group reviews the achievement of the goals every year and updates the goals for the next year.
50. Occupational Health and Safety Management
    14. Establish hazard identification and risk assessment procedures to continuously conduct safety and health risk evaluations, identify workplace safety and health hazards, develop prioritized action plans based on assessment results, consistently improve emergency management mechanisms, eliminate all types of safety and health hazards, and provide employees with a safe and clean working environment to maximize the protection of employee health and safety.?
    14. Conduct annual safety training programs to enhance the safety awareness and competencies of employees, contractors, and partners.?
    14. Employees bear responsibilities for the Group’s OHS matters. We continuously improve staff engagement in the OHS management system, collaboratively building safe, healthy, and comfortable workplaces with employees. OHS performance serves as a key criterion for employee rewards and retention decisions.?

The content outlined in this Policy is overseen by the Master Kong Sustainable Development Committee, with major impacts and progress toward targets reported to the Board of Directors. Master Kong regularly reviews this Policy and makes revisions based on the latest regulations, regulatory developments, business conditions, and other relevant factors. Employees should stay informed of policy updates to ensure their actions remain aligned with the requirements of this Policy.
