Human Rights Commitments
Master Kong consistently upholds the core value of “People First”, dedicating ourselves to respecting and promoting human rights across our business operations, supply chain, and communities.
Commitment Scope:
This Commitment applies to all employees (including senior management) of Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Master Kong”, “the Group” or “we”), and extends to external parties with business relationships with the Group, including customers, suppliers, contractors, business partners and other stakeholders.
Basis of Preparation:
Master Kong strictly complies with applicable labor regulations in all operational jurisdictions. In developing the Master Kong Human Rights Commitment, we have referenced the following international principles and initiatives: Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Bill of Human Rights, UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, International Labor Conventions, Human Rights Action Plan of China (2021–2025).
Commitments:
- Prohibition of Child Labor
- We strictly prohibit the employment of child labor in any form. All employees must have reached the legal working age in the country where they are employed.
- Resistance to Forced Labor and Human Trafficking
- We strictly prohibit supporting or participating in any form of forced labor or human trafficking through threats, violence, fraud, or other coercive means.
- Establishing a Diverse and Inclusive Working Environment
- Complying with local laws is our basic requirement. We ensure that employees are well-informed about relevant laws and strictly comply with relevant regulations and codes. To establish a diverse and inclusive working environment, we will take the following measures:
- Reasonably arrange employees’ working hours and provide a safe and healthy working environment.
- For employees with disabilities, Master Kong will, in accordance with legal requirements, make necessary and reasonable arrangements to ensure that they can effectively perform their job duties.
- Actively communicate with employees and collect their feedback on the work experience.
- We respect employee diversity, firmly oppose any form of discrimination and harassment, respect employees’ privacy and dignity, and ensure equal opportunities. We will not allow factors such as country of origin, race, gender, ethnicity, age, social class, religious belief, gender identity, trade union membership, political stance, disability, marital status, or family responsibilities to affect employees. We have a zero-tolerance attitude towards discriminatory behavior and regularly provide all employees with training on workplace discrimination and harassment.

- We recognize and respect employees’ rights to organize or join trade unions in accordance with the law and the right to collective bargaining, and provide employees with necessary conditions and facilities to promote harmonious cooperation between employers and employees.
- Respecting the human rights of customers and community residents affected by products, services, and other activities, and attaching importance to the public interests of the communities where the business operates.
??Complaints and Reporting:??
We strive to foster a work culture of openness and honest communication. If any employee or partner identifies (or has reasonable grounds to suspect) conduct within their scope of work that violates this Policy, they should report it to the Group as soon as possible. Whistleblowers will be protected. For specific reporting methods and procedures, please refer to the Group’s Whistleblowing Management Policy.
??Handling of Human Rights Violation Incidents:??
Master Kong is committed to addressing all allegations of human rights violations in a timely and effective manner. The following steps will be implemented across all our operational locations:
- Initial Assessment: The Human Resources Department or Audit Department will conduct an initial assessment of the complaint to determine its nature and severity.
- Investigation: If the initial assessment indicates a potential human rights violation, a formal investigation will be launched. An impartial investigation team, composed of members from the Human Resources Department or Audit Department, will conduct the investigation to ensure transparency and fairness. The investigation team will gather evidence, interview relevant individuals, and prepare an investigation report based on their findings.
- Resolution: Based on the investigation report, the Group will take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Disciplinary action against the violator(s), such as warnings, demerits, demotions, dismissal, or termination of employment.
- Providing necessary support and assistance to the victim(s), such as counseling, medical aid, or legal aid.
- Cooperating with relevant government authorities to pursue legal action against the violator(s).
