Packaging Management Commitment

Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “Master Kong”, “the Company” or “We”) is committed to making a green transition to achieve circular packaging business. By insisting the 3R principles of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle”, we develop our green packaging strategy and are striving to improve packaging management at every stage of the product lifecycle. We promote the use of lightweight, recyclable, degradable, and renewable packaging materials to reduce negative environmental impacts and implement sustainable development principles. We promise to:

• Make package lightweighting our key research focus. While ensuring that product packaging remains aesthetically appealing, practical, securely sealed, and compliant with national standards, we reduce or optimize the use of package materials for some products, and we will make promoting the reuse and recycling of packaging as the focus of the next phase of our research.
• Scale up the use of recyclable, biodegradable or reusable packaging to ensure that products are packaged with sustainable materials.
• Encourage consumers to recycle discarded packaging and actively explore partnerships with relevant suppliers to collaborate on packaging waste collection, processing and recycling and full utilization of packaging materials, thereby minimizing the environmental impact of packaging waste.
• Increase research and development resources invested in sustainable packaging and alternative solutions, strengthen cooperation with other research institutions, partners, and leverage cutting-edge technologies, new materials, and new designs to advance sustainable packaging research and development.
